Scientific background
Ambra completed her PhD in Comparative Anatomy and Citology in 2021 at the University of Siena in the Dept. of Life Sciences. After 1 year of Post Doc, she joined IST Austria as a member of EMF in 2024.
Role
Her primary roles at EMF include biological sample preparation incl. chemical fixation, ultramicrotomy, immunolabelling techniques, TEM and user training.
